By using aeobox.ai or any service we offer (the free audit, Strategy Call, or Concierge), you agree to the following. These terms are written in plain English. If anything is unclear, email sophie@aeobox.ai.

Free AI audit

The free audit is provided as-is. We test publicly accessible information about your domain across major AI engines.
Results are best-effort and based on the AI engines' state at the time of audit. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
The audit and report are for your internal use. You may share the report freely; you may not white-label it without our permission.

Strategy Call

$800 buys 1 hour of consulting with the AEObox team and a written 90-day roadmap.
If you upgrade to Concierge within 60 days, the $800 is credited to your first month.
Refundable if we cancel; non-refundable if you cancel within 24h of the scheduled call. Reschedule freely with 24h notice.

Concierge

Minimum 3-month commitment at the Pilot tier ($8,000/mo). Growth and Scale tiers are also 3-month minimums.
If we don't deliver measurable AEO improvement (defined per contract) within the first 90 days, you get a full refund of the first month.
You retain full ownership of all content, assets, and accounts we create on your behalf.

Intellectual property

Our methodology, scoring framework, and the AEObox name + logo are ours. You're free to reference us in marketing ("audited by AEObox", etc.) with attribution. Don't reproduce our proprietary playbooks for resale.

Limitations

AEObox is a marketing/optimization service, not a guarantee. AI engines change constantly. We commit to our process and effort, not to specific rankings or citation counts. Our maximum liability is limited to fees you paid in the previous 90 days.

Termination

You can stop using the free service at any time. For paid services, see the section above. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason (this is rare and we'd refund any unused time).

Governing law

California, USA. Any disputes are resolved in San Mateo County, CA.
