AEObox is operated by DRLAMBDA, Inc. ("we"). This page explains, in plain English, what we collect when you use aeobox.ai and what we do with it.

What you share

Free audit: your domain, name, email, and any optional context you provide.
Strategy Call / Concierge inquiries: your name, email, company, company size, role, goals, and any context you provide.
Playbook downloads: just your email.

What we do with it

Run the requested audit and send you the results by email.
Reply to your inquiry and, if applicable, send relevant follow-ups (you can opt out of follow-ups at any time by replying "unsubscribe").
Analyze aggregate patterns (e.g., what categories request audits most) to improve the product. No individual data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Who sees it

Our team (Sophie REN + immediate operating staff at DRLAMBDA).
Service providers we use to deliver the audit, namely: Anthropic (Claude API), Resend (email delivery), Render (hosting our backend), Netlify (hosting this website), and Cloudflare (DNS + CDN). Each is contractually bound to confidentiality and data minimization.
Nobody else. We do not sell your data. We do not run ads.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and audit results: indefinitely, unless you request deletion. Email logs: 90 days. Aggregate analytics: indefinite but anonymized.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email sophie@aeobox.ai and we'll handle it within 14 days.

Cookies + tracking

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do use minimal local storage for UX state (e.g., remembering which modal you closed) — this never leaves your browser.

International transfers

We're based in the United States. By submitting a form you consent to your data being processed in the US.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we'll update the "Last updated" date and notify anyone in our audit/inquiry database via email.
